These Terms and Conditions govern purchases, downloads, subscriptions and other commercial transactions involving products or services sold directly by AlphaToolkits through https://alphatoolkits.com.
By placing an order or purchasing a product directly from AlphaToolkits, you agree to these Terms and Conditions, our Refund Policy, Privacy Policy and any product-specific terms shown before purchase.

3. Product Information
We make reasonable efforts to describe products accurately. However, images, previews, demonstrations and descriptions may be simplified for presentation.
Unless expressly stated, the purchase includes only the item and access described on the product page. Software, hardware, third-party subscriptions, implementation services and personalised support are not included merely because they appear in an example or preview.
4. Orders
An order is subject to acceptance, payment verification and product availability.
We may refuse or cancel an order where:
- Payment is declined or suspected to be fraudulent
- Pricing or product information contains a material error
- The order violates these terms
- The product is unavailable
- The transaction is prohibited by law or payment-provider rules

You may not:

- Remove copyright or ownership notices
- Claim the original product as your own creation

Editable templates may be customised for your permitted personal or business use, but the underlying template may not be resold unless commercial-resale rights are expressly included.
9. Affiliate and Third-Party Products
Some products featured on AlphaToolkits are sold by third parties. AlphaToolkits may receive an affiliate commission if you purchase through a referral link.
For a third-party product, the vendor is responsible for matters including:
- Product delivery
- Software availability
- Account access
- Customer support
- Licensing
- Billing and renewal
- Refunds

AlphaToolkits is not a party to the third-party sales contract unless expressly identified as the seller or merchant of record.
10. Promotional Offers and Coupon Codes

Purchasing a product grants only the licence expressly described. Ownership of the underlying intellectual property is not transferred unless confirmed in a separate written agreement.
15. Product Availability and Updates
We may update, replace, discontinue or modify a product. Unless expressly included in the purchase offer, buying a product does not guarantee lifetime updates, permanent hosting, future versions or continuing support.
16. Disclaimer of Warranties
To the fullest extent permitted by law, products and services are supplied “as is” and “as available,” except for warranties expressly stated in writing.
We do not guarantee uninterrupted access, compatibility with every device, freedom from every defect or suitability for every purpose.
17. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, AlphaToolkits will not be liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, special or punitive damages, including loss of profits, business interruption, loss of opportunities or loss of data.
Where liability cannot be excluded, AlphaToolkits’ total liability arising from a direct purchase will not exceed the amount paid to AlphaToolkits for the product giving rise to the claim, except where applicable law requires otherwise.
18. Indemnity
To the extent permitted by law, you agree to indemnify AlphaToolkits against third-party claims, losses or expenses arising from your unlawful use, unauthorised distribution, violation of a product licence or infringement of another person’s rights.
19. Suspension and Termination
We may suspend product access or terminate a licence if you materially breach these terms, engage in fraud, distribute protected products without authorisation or misuse our systems.
20. Governing Law
These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of the Federal Republic of Nigeria, without prejudice to mandatory consumer protections that apply in your place of residence.
Subject to any mandatory dispute-resolution rights, disputes shall be submitted to a court of competent jurisdiction in the Federal Capital Territory, Abuja, Nigeria.
21. Severability
If any provision is found unenforceable, the remaining provisions will continue in effect to the fullest extent permitted by law.
22. Entire Agreement
These Terms and Conditions, the applicable product description, our Refund Policy and referenced policies form the agreement concerning a direct purchase, unless a separate written agreement applies.
23. Changes
We may update these terms from time to time. The terms displayed at the time of a purchase will generally govern that transaction, except where a change is required by law or agreed by the parties.
